- 1,001 to 1,500 ft²: $400
- 1,501 to 2,000 ft²: $425
- 2,001 to 2,500 ft²: $450
- 2,501 to 3,000 ft²: $475
- 3,001 to 3,500 ft²: $500
- 3,501 to 4,000 ft²: $525
- Homes larger than 4,000 ft² will likely require more than one inspector and will be priced accordingly; coordination will be made for final pricing.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Homes older than 25 years: add $50
- Homes older than 45 years: add $75
- Duplexes: add $125
- Triplexes: add $250
- Fourplexes: add $375
- In-house apartment/mother-in-law suite: add $75
- Any detached building will require coordination for pricing.
